By using NitzVPN you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
NitzVPN provides prepaid VPN access via WireGuard. Access lasts until your account expiry. Time can be extended by purchasing prepaid packs in the app (Apple In-App Purchase on iOS; Razorpay on Android where offered).
Accounts
Accounts are identified by a 16-digit number. You are responsible for keeping that number secret. We cannot recover a lost number if you have not saved it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use NitzVPN for illegal activity
- Do not abuse or attack our infrastructure
- Do not attempt to share or resell access in violation of these terms
No warranties
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NitzVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
