NitzVPN
Privacy Policy
NitzVPN is a zero-knowledge, no-logs VPN. We design the service so we cannot hand over browsing history — because we do not store it.
Who we are
NitzVPN provides prepaid WireGuard VPN access for mobile devices. Contact: [email protected]
What we store
- A random 16-digit account number (no email, name, or phone)
- Subscription expiry timestamp
- WireGuard public keys and assigned tunnel IP addresses for your devices
- Payment metadata only: amount, date, method/provider, and hours credited (not card numbers or UPI handles beyond what the payment processor requires)
- Optional install identifier used only to prevent free-trial abuse at signup
What we never store
- Your real-world IP address as a connection log
- Connection timestamps or session duration history
- Bandwidth used per account
- DNS queries or websites you visit
- Browsing or traffic content
How the VPN uses data
When you connect, the app registers a WireGuard public key and receives a tunnel configuration. Traffic is encrypted to our VPN servers. We do not keep connection or destination logs tied to your account.
Payments
On iOS, prepaid time is purchased via Apple In-App Purchase. On Android, payments may use Razorpay. Apple or Razorpay process the payment; we only keep the minimal payment record needed to credit VPN time.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account). This removes your account, devices, and payment records from our systems and revokes WireGuard peers. Save your account number only if you still need it; deletion cannot be undone.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and payment providers (hosting, Apple, Razorpay as applicable). We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Children
NitzVPN is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date below will change.
